Binxian County is
located in the northwest of Xianyang City,which is the key
connection between the Provinces of Shaanxi and Gansu.In
history, it was the regional capital of Dynasties of Qin,Sui
and Tang.The natural recource is rich and it is the premium region
for producing apples and pears. There are so many Fuji apples,
soft pears,jujubes,persimmon and walnuts produced here.We have
28,000 hectare of orchards. It is one of the most important
base of producing excellent friuts.There are coal,
pottery clays and quartz sands,etc.It is rich in coal of 3.26
billion ton.It is the largest coal layer of Juarassic period.Inside
the couty are cutural relics. The Giant Budda Temple is the
brightest pear on the Silk Road.On Kaiyuan Square you can see the
grand tower,Bin Tower.There are other cultural relics such as
Fenghui Tomb containing frescoes, the largest planteau lake in our
province——Shilang lake, Water-curtain Cave,the Flowered-fruit

national road, Fuzhou-Yinchuan Expressway. The railway between Xi’an
and Pingliang is under constrcuction. Roads around the coutry-side
